ATV riders must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Younger guests and non-drivers can ride as passengers on an ATV with an adult operator. Please do not consume alcohol before the ATV activity — this is a strict safety rule.

Is the ATV portion challenging? ▼

The ATV trail is designed for general adventure travelers, not expert riders. It includes jungle terrain, some inclines, and unpaved paths. No prior ATV experience is required. Your guide provides a full safety briefing and demonstration before departure.

How long is the full tour? ▼

The full tour runs approximately 6.5 hours from pickup to drop-off at the port. This includes ~55 min to Chacchoben, ~1 h 15 min at the ruins, ~55 min back to Mahahual, ~1 h 10 min ATV riding, ~1 hour for lunch, and a short transfer back to the port. We will confirm exact timing to fit your ship's all-aboard schedule.
